華小維修撥款被騎劫風波，你有話要說嗎？
9月8日, 麻屬吉逢華小董事長蒙光亮: 巴莪區公孺華小獲政府撥款3萬令吉維修白蟻侵蝕校舍，但只有5000令吉到手。
9月8日, 翁詩傑: 「部份政府學校的工程撥款被『乾撈』，華社在吭聲或申訴后，當局仍不重視，有些長官則會認為那是針對性，駁斥動機何在，這種護短行為。」
9月9日, 希山慕丁: 「翁詩傑不應向媒體發表言論，任何疑問可直接找我。」
9月10日, 希山慕丁: 「翁詩傑提出華小撥款被騎劫課題，旨在撈取政治成本，翁詩傑與黃家定及韓春錦不和。」
9月10日, 翁詩傑: 「希山慕丁與其暴跳如雷，不如心平氣和展開調查，或許還會讓人尊敬。」「希山慕丁應自重身份，無懼希山繼續對他展開謾罵，也對他的個人攻擊表遺憾並願以『禮義廉 恥』與希山共勉之。」
9月14日, 教育部副秘書法蒂瑪：公儒學校總值2萬令吉維修工程已完工，付款也已還清，任何指責華小撥款濫用的指責，都是撒謊。

力挺老翁敢怒敢言作風，路見不平，拔刀相助之英雄氣概！
政府部门的长官不能批评其他部门？卫生部长蔡细历不久前抨击公共工程部三美维鲁辖下兴建的医院问题一箩箩，两人在报纸上开骂，大家还记忆犹新吧？
不同的是三美维鲁是印度国大党，而现在翁诗杰捅的是巫统的蜂窝希山慕汀，所以事情闹大了。
现实是：卑微的马华副部长翁诗杰胆大包天拿石头砸老大哥巫统希山慕汀的脚？嘿嘿嘿···，叫你吃不了兜着走。杀鸡儆猴···！
任何事情內部協商，然後“自然”的內部通過，通過後才“公告天下”，美其名叫“國陣精神”，但這是否有違民主精神呢？
批判的目的是為了起監督的作用，政府連這個“雅量”都沒有，怎不讓人心寒？
That is the reason those Malay Contractor driving big and expensive car and living big and expensive house.
Any right thinking person will shop around to get the best price for the job. If a job of RM30000 is done and the contrator can still earn some money then that is the amount to pay.
At the point of writing the contrator admitted that his job was only worth RM3000/= He also claimed that he asked to be paid RM30,000/= so when the chief from MCA & MIC heared it they could just said "I am angry!"
One of them said that he will seek the advice from the PM next week.
My comments on this issue is that, if someone has benefited financially from the contractor and that is if officers from th eMinistry of Education have pocketed the money, this is corruption or collusion. The relevant department must now have relevant way to deal with the payment to the contrator.
I wonder why the money is not given to the school and made the principal work to get the best price for the job done. come on let's give the money to the school and let a committee be responsible for the spending of such funding. then let the Public Auditor do all the checking. Oh such a simple act our minister cannot figure out? By the way why do we have an auditor general? and what is that department doing?
Stop the corruption and let the funding do more work for the students, teachers and even principals and also the cleaners and gardeners.
I am equally surprised that when the two ministers was told by the contractor that he actually charged RM30,000 and the response from Ong was that he was angry and the other more senior ( in years) minister said he will let the PM decide next week.
Don't we have a system to get things done in a speedy manner?
Why should such a tiny matter be decided by the Prime Mininster?

Hey, by the way both Ministers flew by helicopter to Muar to see the job not done. Are we not wasting a lot of public fund?
I suggest the following that the relevant ministers in charge have the courage to order the inspection of all the projects involved and have a public auditor to review the spending of such fund and take action agaist such mal-practise.
Next, such emergency fund or other funds allocated to the schools should be given to the school and have a committee be responsible for it.
That the Ministry ordered that at least open-tender must requested before the job is awarded. such tender can be posted on the web and so we will make it not only transparent but also competitive.
That the ministry will set up an independent team to investigate the matter, not like other ministers who suggest that we must have report before we will take action. Let the relevant authority investigate and put the country into a state that we all can be proud of.
Dear Ministers, if you love the country do what is needed and not follow outdated mode

承包商敢这样明目张胆"干捞",很明显是官商勾结.
若发生这样的事情,还谈什么内部协商,那我们人民的定义在哪里?? 政府执行愚民政策吗?
要翁诗杰向你还是他的上司报告,到最后也不是被你们掩盖???

The headmaster should have informed the Education Ministry.
The headmaster knows pretty well all about things happened in school.
双方犹如已预先彩排,表演一场政治秀,沸腾之后,干捞仍然干捞,贪污腐化依然贪污腐化,翁生和希沙以捞取廉价政治宣传.我们的问题谁解决?
